It is a mixed storefront/commercial/residential project that is really nice. This is what you will see when looking out the front bay windows.

Pictured above is the new Gibbs Street Pedestrian Bridge that will link the Lair Hill neighborhood to the waterfront development. New cross walks will be added to Naito Parkway to access the bridge. Completion date approximately Jan 2012.

Pictured below is the attic and the existing plumbing for an addition of a bedroom and bathroom. A stairway would need to be built to access this. A dormer window could also be cut in to access the city view from this upper room.

Lair Hill is a neighborhood in SW Portland, Oregon. It is named after a Willaim Lair Hill (1834-1928), a lawyer, historian and author who owned 3 and 1/2 acres of land where the Lair Hill Park is today.
